A powerful but cluttered iPad POS — a permanently docked sidebar, dense screens, and too many clicks were slowing staff down mid-rush.

Key Move: Moved navigation into an on-demand drawer, giving 11 screens across POS, Kitchen, Sales, Labor, CRM & Menu room to breathe — validated live with operators in Malaysia & Thailand.
